Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your sound bar, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return your sound bar within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@cinesoundbar.com or call us at +1 (817) 557-4585 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If the item was received as a gift, a store credit will be issued to the gift recipient.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products returned after 30 days
Damaged items due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair
Items without original packaging or missing components
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your sound bar for another model or if it arrived defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly assist with the exchange process, depending on product availability.
